Tour Plan
7.30 AM you will be met up with our guide, driver at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city (Saigon) and transferred to Vinh Long. Arriving in Vinh Long at about 10.30, you put your luggage on the boat and start the bike tour. You will ride along countryside roads, passing by green rice fields and local villages. Stop and visit a sweet potato farm, an then pedal for some further kilometers before you make another stop for lunch, served in a small local restaurant in Binh Tan. After lunch, keep riding to Long Xuyen. This moderately prosperous town is the capital of An Giang province and does a moderate trade in agriculture, fish processing and cashew nuts. Arriving in the Tiger Island, located near Long Xuyen around mid/late afternoon, you check into a local home for dinner and overnight (homestay).

Incredible Tour of the Mekong The cycling tour with Golden Cycling Tours was amazing. The route was well-planned, and we got to visit some beautiful villages, markets, and farms along the way. I enjoyed the easy pace, which allowed us to take in the stunning scenery. The food was delicious, and I especially enjoyed trying the traditional Vietnamese dishes.
