Terms & Conditions – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Confirmation

Payment made by the customer does not constitute an automatic confirmation of a reservation.
All bookings are subject to availability and will be reviewed and confirmed via email within one (1) to two (2) business days.

The cancellation, amendment, and refund policies shall only take effect once the reservation has been officially confirmed by the Company in writing.

In the event that a booking cannot be confirmed for any reason, the Company shall issue a full refund of the amount paid, with no additional compensation or liability.


2. Refundable Items

2.1 Bicycle Rental Deposit
The bicycle rental deposit shall be refunded only after the bicycle is returned to the Company’s designated garage and inspected and confirmed to be in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

2.2 Minimum Participant Requirement
Certain group tours and scheduled departure tours require a minimum number of participants to operate.

If a tour is cancelled due to failure to meet the minimum participant requirement, the Company shall, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue a full refund, or

  • Offer a comparable alternative tour.

Such circumstances are rare and shall not constitute a breach of contract.

2.3 Alternative Tour Price Difference
If the customer selects an alternative tour with a higher price, the customer shall be solely responsible for paying any price difference.
No refund shall be issued if the alternative tour is of equal or lower value, unless otherwise stated by the Company.

2.4 Force Majeure
Any refund, credit, or compensation arising from force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, government actions, weather conditions, or supplier failures) shall be:

  • Evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and

  • Limited strictly to the amount recoverable from suppliers, if any.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or additional expenses incurred by the customer.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable:

  • No-shows or failure to arrive on the scheduled departure date.

  • Any unused portion of the tour after the tour has commenced, for any reason whatsoever.

  • Air tickets included in the tour package, which are subject to airline non-refundable and non-changeable policies.

  • Hotel extensions and instant-confirmation products, including but not limited to attraction tickets, entrance tickets, city passes, or third-party services, once confirmed.

  • Services disrupted due to the customer’s personal reasons, including but not limited to illness, late arrival, early departure, or voluntary withdrawal from the tour.


4. Complaints and Claims

During the tour, any issue or dissatisfaction must be reported immediately to the Company or its authorized representative to allow timely resolution.

After the tour has ended, all complaints, claims, or refund requests must be submitted in writing within fifteen (5) days from the tour completion date.

Failure to submit any claim within this period shall be deemed as full acceptance of the services provided, and the tour shall be considered successfully completed.

No claims shall be accepted after the expiration of this period.


5. Limitation of Liability

The Company acts solely as an organizer and intermediary for services provided by third parties, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and local operators.

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers,

  • Delays, cancellations, or changes beyond its reasonable control,

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the Company is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
