Your adventure begins upon arrival at the Lao Cai border gate or train station. After a revitalizing breakfast, we transfer toward Coc Ly, situated along the banks of the scenic Chay River. If our trip falls on a Tuesday, you will witness the Coc Ly Market, a traditional trading post where ethnic groups gather to exchange local produce and livestock.

As you pedal higher, the air turns crisp and the panoramic views of the surrounding valleys become truly awe-inspiring. We will navigate through lush forests and small hamlets before reaching the peaceful highland town of Bac Ha for a well-deserved rest.

As a local, I was amazed at how Golden Cycling Tours highlighted Vietnam's hidden gems. The bike routes took me through incredible landscapes I never knew existed. I also loved the opportunity to learn more about local culture from the guides.
