Hoanh Bo Quang Ninh is a districts of Quang Ninh Province in the north east Vietnam. Hoanh Bo district covers an area of 824 km². The district might not be an ideal place for challenging bike ride. But the area offers beautiful road cycling tours which can be arranged for those who like to discover Vietnam countryside and rural villages.
