Hai Ha Quang Ninh is a rural district of Quang Ninh Province in the north-east region of Vietnam. Hai Ha district covers an area of 495 km². The district might not be an ideal place for mountain biking, Vietnam cycle challenge. But the area offers beautiful off the beaten path road cycling tours, easy bike rides which can be arranged for those who like to discover Vietnam countryside and rural villages.
