Overview
Escape the urban pace of the capital and immerse yourself in the timeless beauty of Southern Cambodia on our 3-Day Southern Heritage Cycling Odyssey. This tour is a masterfully crafted "long-weekend" expedition that bridges the gap between the majestic Angkorian history of the plains and the refreshing salt air of the Gulf of Thailand. Designed for cycling enthusiasts who crave both physical challenge and cultural depth, this route covers approximately 205km of the country’s most diverse and scenic terrain.
Our journey begins with a push southward into the heart of Takeo Province, often referred to as the "cradle of Khmer civilization." You will conquer the stairs of Phnom Chiso to witness panoramic views of the rice paddies and navigate the ancient water-bound ruins of Phnom Da. As the red earth of the central plains gives way to the limestone karsts of the south, we reach the nostalgic seaside town of Kep, famous for its colonial ruins and world-class seafood. The journey concludes with a picturesque ride into the French-colonial riverside of Kampot, known for its relaxed atmosphere and emerald pepper plantations. This is the definitive short-duration cycling tour for those who want to see the real Cambodia beyond the tourist trail.
