At 7:30, depart. We travel to Luong Son by Southwest. Luong Son is the entry point to the magnificent mountainous region of northern Vietnam. From here, we ride a gently rolling asphalt road with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, valleys, rice paddies, and sugarcane fields. On the way, we would stop for relaxation and lunch at a nearby restaurant. Following lunch, we make a quick transfer to the foot of Thung Khe Pass before beginning our 34-kilometer ride along the Da River's bank. Along the way, you will see breathtaking scenery dotted with Muong and Thai villages under the shade of trees. You will also make an impression on young schoolchildren and buffalor, who will say "Hello" to you as you return home. We stop for a quick snack or Kodak moment before making our way down to Mai Chau village. After riding to Lac village for tonight's homestay, we arrive at Mai Chau late in the afternoon. Having dinner with authentic Thai cuisine, taking a shower, and seeing a Thai dance performance. Take a stay in a Thai homestay.
