Overview

The Journey of a Lifetime

Are you ready to pedal across the most dramatic landscapes in Southeast Asia? Our 15-Day Hanoi to Luang Prabang Cycling Odyssey is an elite-level expedition designed for those who want to experience the raw, unfiltered beauty of the Indochinese highlands. This route is a masterpiece of geography, history, and culture, linking the legendary Ha Giang Loop and the "Town of Clouds" Sapa with the spiritual heart of Laos.

Your journey begins in Hanoi, heading north toward the emerald waters of Ba Be Lake. From there, you will enter the realm of giants: the Dong Van Karst Plateau UNESCO Global Geopark. You will conquer the Ma Pi Leng Pass—the king of Vietnamese mountain passes—witnessing canyons that drop thousands of feet into the Nho Que River. The route continues through the stunning rice terraces of Hoang Su Phi and the mist-shrouded peaks of Sapa, before tracing the historic path to Dien Bien Phu, a name etched in global military history.

The second half of your adventure crosses the Tay Trang Border into the "Land of a Million Elephants." The atmosphere shifts as you descend into the serene, tropical wilderness of Muang Khua. You will navigate along the Nam Ou River, passing through remote ethnic villages and dramatic limestone karsts in Nong Khiaw, finally rolling into the golden-spired sanctuary of Luang Prabang.
